Location: Fully Remote but at CA, WA, CO, GA, MD, OR, VA, HI
Associated Site: Oakland, CA (1800 Harrison St.)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard Pacific Time business hours

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Lead to support TeamTrack initiatives. This role requires a strong background in business analysis, project lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading complex IT or systems-related projects in a dynamic corporate or nonprofit environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT and systems management projects from initiation through implementation
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful system adoption
• Develop training materials and documentation for end users
• Manage change management processes and support organizational transitions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Create and deliver regular project status reports
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple markets and business units
• Perform data and financial analysis to support decision-making
• Proactively identify risks, resolve conflicts, and drive project success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis
• Proven ability to lead complex IT or systems-related projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data and financial analysis
• Experience with project lifecycle management methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
• Experience with KP systems and processes
• Background working in corporate and/or nonprofit environments
