Cash And Trade Processing Representative

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 2 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic and routine cash & trade operations in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform cash and trade processing activities in a fast-paced environment while focusing on quality, details and accuracy. Responsibilities include applying basic technical knowledge to ensure efficient customer service that meets quality standards, assisting with activities related to compliance and control, performing job duties by following detailed procedures or explicit instructions under direct supervision, aiding in internal and external customer contact, serving as a backup processor for team members during high volume periods, and appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made.

Qualifications include previous relevant experience preferred, passing basic induction and operations training, effective written and verbal communication, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. Schedule: Friday to Monday 3:00PM to 1:30AM.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $39,520.00 - $46,810.00.
