Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or a valid compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a busy surgical team
• Commitment to patient safety, HIPAA compliance, and professional accountability

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate, individualized nursing care to surgical patients and their families
• Support daily patient flow to promote safety, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
• Circulate in the Operating Room and respond to incoming patient needs, questions, and concerns
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures as needed
• Deliver clear patient education to support informed decision-making and positive outcomes
• Coordinate care with physicians, staff, and other healthcare partners
• Use strong delegation skills and maintain high standards of communication and teamwork
