Office/Customer Service Coordinator

OFFICE / CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME MONDAY–FRIDAY • 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

THE POSITION

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Office / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, computer literate, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and text.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner

• Respond promptly to customer emails and text messages

• Return phone calls and follow up with customers

• Schedule estimates and jobs

• Coordinate appointment information with customers and field personnel

• Accurately enter and maintain customer and job information in our computer systems

• Keep schedules, records, and office information organized

• Assist with general office duties as needed

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire customer experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Very detail-oriented and organized

• Computer literate and comfortable learning new software

• Accurate & efficient keyboarding data entry skillsProfessional and friendly telephone manner

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized

• Dependable and punctual

• Ability to work independently while also being part of a small team

• Previous office, scheduling, customer service, or construction-industry experience is a plus
