Sr. AI Engineer

Salary: $70,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
• 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or comparable roles
• Demonstrated, hands-on delivery of real-world AI/LLM solutions, not just proof-of-concept work
• Experience architecting agent-based systems, orchestration workflows, or retrieval-oriented solutions such as RAG and APIs
• Strong proficiency in Python or a similar programming language
• Solid experience with APIs, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures
• Ability to convert business needs into complete, end-to-end technical solutions
• Preferred: experience delivering AI-driven automation for business processes or operational workflows
• Preferred: background in regulated sectors such as healthcare, pharma, finance, or manufacturing
• Preferred: experience embedding AI solutions into enterprise platforms and internal systems
• Preferred: familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Preferred: exposure to security concepts or experience in security-conscious environments

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions, including agentic workflows, decision services, and intelligent automations
• Turn complex or unclear business and operational challenges into production-ready AI-enabled solutions
• Use sound judgment to decide when to apply AI, automation, or deterministic logic
• Create integrations and automations using APIs, services, and event-driven architectures
• Build reusable components and workflows that support enterprise-wide automation initiatives
• Design solutions that reduce manual effort, such as forms, routing, approvals, and notifications
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes
• Produce maintainable, well-tested, production-ready code
• Contribute to shared patterns, frameworks, and best practices for applied AI and automation
• Develop reusable patterns and solutions that can scale across security domains
