Senior Tax Associate – Manhattan / Remote $100,000–$110,000 | Hybrid or Remote | 55-Hour Max Busy Season If you’re working in Public Accounting and wondering whether every tax season has to take over your life, this firm takes a different approach. We’re working with a mid-sized Manhattan CPA firm looking to hire their next Senior Tax Associate . From February through April, busy season hours are capped at around 55 hours per week . Outside of busy season, hours reduce considerably, and from May through September you’ll finish early every Friday . Flexibility If you’re local to Manhattan, you can work from the firm’s office. If you prefer a hybrid setup , that’s available too. The focus is on finding a setup that works for both you and the team. What they’re looking for They’re looking for Senior Tax Associates with 3+ years of Public Accounting experience . Your background will ideally be focused on either: Entity taxation High-Net-Worth individuals Or a combination of both You’ll already be comfortable working within a CPA firm environment and handling increasingly complex tax work with a good level of independence. The environment The firm has a genuinely accessible leadership team and an open-door culture with Partners . That tends to appeal particularly to people coming from larger firms, where access to senior leadership can sometimes feel more limited. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners while continuing to develop technically and build stronger client exposure. Interested?
