Manhattan WMi Configuration Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMi Configuration Analyst to provide production support for warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone actively working with WMi who can step in quickly with minimal ramp-up and support ongoing system needs, particularly ticket resolution from distribution center (DC) operations.

Responsibilities Include:

-Provide day-to-day production support for Manhattan WMi applications

-Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets submitted by DC users  

-Perform WMi configuration updates and system adjustments as needed

-Identify, analyze, and resolve system defects and functional issues

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations

Required Qualifications:

-5 years experience as a Manhattan WMi Support Analyst

-5 years of hands-on expertise with WMi configuration and production support

-Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and resolve incidents independently

-Experience working in warehouse/distribution environments

-Familiarity with multiple WMi version 2021

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hickory, NC.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
