Join us and help create the world’s best brand experience through design. Responsibilities Design creative visual communications that align with Specialized’s brand messaging. Collaborate across teams to produce engaging digital, print, and environmental assets. Apply strong typography skills, including kerning and leading, to enhance brand consistency. Develop concept and create compelling design that resonates with popular culture and social relevance. Assist with retail design, product displays and visual merchandising to optimize customer experience. Qualifications Proficient in current design software programs. Strong understanding of typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Knowledge of popular culture, social relevance, and environmental design. Experience in retail design, product displays, or visual merchandising is a plus. Typical Titles & Location Typical Titles: Graphic Designer, Media Designer, Art Director.
