As a result, they are seeking an experienced Transportation Manager with transportation leadership, logistics operations, and process improvement expertise.

Responsibilities Include: Manage and lead a team of approximately 15 delivery drivers serving customers throughout Arizona.

Oversee daily routing, delivery scheduling, transportation logistics, and operational efficiency.

Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and transportation processes to improve department performance.

Resolve customer delivery issues, product concerns, and transportation-related service challenges.

Evaluate, select, and assist with implementation of transportation and routing software.

Qualifications: 3+ years of transportation, logistics, fleet, or distribution management experience.

Proven leadership experience managing transportation teams and drivers.

Experience creating SOPs, performance metrics, and operational processes.

Strong routing, logistics, and transportation operations knowledge.

Stable employment history and ability to provide a 5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
