End Client: State of North Carolina Job Title: EHR Medicaid Specialist Duration: 10 months Location: 221 E. Lane St., Raleigh, NC 27601 (Hybrid) Position Type: Contract Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Interview Type: Webcam or In-Person Scope of Project This hybrid resource will support the NC HIEA Medicaid Services (HMS) project. The consultant will work with NC HIEA participants, EHR vendors, and internal teams to implement, enhance, and maintain data integrations. They will support NC HIEA and SAS system infrastructure, manage clinical portal updates, assist with data validation, transformation, and loading, and generate SQL/SAS/HealthShare-based analyses and reports. Responsibilities Provide technical assistance to NC HIEA participants and EHR vendors Support and monitor NC HIEA and SAS technical infrastructure Manage change orders, bug fixes, enhancements, and updates for the NC HealthConnex Clinical Portal Develop SQL/SAS/HealthShare queries for data validation and analysis Perform EDA (exploratory data analysis) and generate reports Validate data extracts, perform transformations, and support load job streams Support outbound data services and analytics Ensure reliable data exchange and integration across healthcare systems Required/Preferred Skills Effective Communication & Community Engagement: Clearly conveys information to diverse populations and healthcare stakeholders Technical Proficiency: Skilled in healthcare data systems, digital platforms, and outreach technologies Relationship Building: Build trust with providers, patients, and partners to support outreach goals Data-Driven Outreach: Gathers, analyzes, and reports data to guide strategic engagement Organized & Adaptable: Manages multiple priorities and adjusts to evolving community and technical need #J-18808-Ljbffr VGroup Inc
