Third Party Customer Service Representative Job Category: Non-Driver Requisition Number: CUSTO001303 Posted: March 23, 2026 Full-Time On-site Lancaster, TX 75134-1548, USA Description Job Summary: The Third-Party CSR will work in a supporting role to the Director of Enterprise Sales in the greater DFW market. They are responsible for assisting with current customer accounts while dealing with a high volume of phone calls. They will maintain relationships with carriers and customers by providing exceptional customer service and solving problems. Other responsibilities include providing quotes and setting up shipments. This is not an entry-level administrative position. The role requires a customer service professional capable of balancing detailed shipment entry with proactive account management in a dynamic transportation environment.
