Located in Clayton, NC, we are a local favorite known for our delicious food, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere. We’re seeking a talented and dedicated Opening Line Cook to help us serve up great meals and keep our kitchen running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Opening Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen is ready for a busy and successful day. Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up the line and preparing the kitchen for service.
Prepping ingredients and stocking stations to meet lunch rush demands.
Cooking and preparing dishes using fryers, grills, and flat tops.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals.

Your shift will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM , focusing on preparing for and executing our busy lunch service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a motivated and experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in using fryers, grills, and flat tops.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food.
