As a Detailer, you will be part of the production department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Pay Range: $13 What’s the Job? Interior Cleaning: Clean the interior of recreational vehicles, including washing windows, carpets, dusting furniture and trim, and sanitizing kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Exterior Cleaning: Buff and wax the exterior of RVs and clean outside compartments. Occasionally pressure washing exteriors may be required. Vehicle and Equipment Cleaning: Wash or clean vehicles, machinery, and other equipment using water, cleaning agents, brushes, cloths, and hoses. Additional Tasks: Perform shop and lot cleanup as needed and complete any other tasks as directed by the supervisor. What’s Needed? Customer Service Skills: Must have a customer service-oriented mindset. Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure a high level of cleanliness and precision in every task. Self-Motivation: Must be highly self‑motivated and able to work independently. Efficiency and Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality.
