Providing exceptional personal service, the full-time remote Customer Resolution Specialist will manage incoming customer contacts, utilize company resources, and ensure adherence to brand policies while resolving complex issues efficiently. Key responsibilities Identify and implement strategies to resolve customer concerns on the first point of contact Establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationships aligned with company values Document feedback and provide insights to leadership for process improvement Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant education and work experience 3+ years of customer service/management experience in a call center environment Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with order management systems Strong critical-thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks
