Job Duties

• Stock merchandise in assigned locations according to shelf allocations.
• Replace misplaced items and ensure products are located in the correct areas.
• Verify shelf labels for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Utilize company scanning equipment to scan merchandise in and out as required.
• Rotate merchandise to maintain proper product organization and freshness.
• Clean, face, and straighten shelves to ensure an organized appearance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Properly remove and dispose of cardboard, packaging materials, and trash.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Evening Stocker.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
