The Position Our community bank client is seeking a Personal Banker in Waukesha, WI. The successful candidate will handle customer service functions while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and clients. The role offers a salary up to $65K plus incentives and excellent benefits. (This is not a remote position) Responsibilities include: Manage customer bank accounts: open, close, and oversee transactions Resolve issues related to banking services and accounts Answer customer inquiries via phone regarding deposits and basic loans Perform account maintenance and updates for banking products Follow bank operating procedures Handle reporting and other tasks as assigned by supervisor Escalate issues when necessary to ensure excellent customer service Who Are You? You are someone eager to develop professionally and pursue your passions. You see a job title as a starting point, not a final definition of your potential. Skills and experience include: High School Diploma or equivalent At least two years of customer service experience or similar roles Experience in loan sales, application processing, and loan closing at a financial institution Ability to explain credit bureau reports and manage loan documentation Experience selling ancillary insurance products Ability to build positive relationships and demonstrate integrity, dedication, and strategic counsel Strong communication skills, both written and oral Interested candidates should email their current resume along with the position they are applying for to us. #J-18808-Ljbffr
