The Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing Chicago team as Entry-Level Brand Sales Representatives . This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in retail sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development.

Working on behalf of nationally recognized clients, you'll engage directly with customers through face-to-face retail sales and marketing campaigns, promote products and services, and develop valuable communication and business skills.

What You'll Do

• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm in established retail locations
• Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions
• Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions
• Generate new customer interest and support daily sales and customer acquisition goals
• Assist interested customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Deliver exceptional customer service and answer customer questions
• Participate in in-store promotional and brand marketing campaigns
• Learn effective sales, communication, and leadership techniques through ongoing training
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
