Maintenance Technician – Builder Bros Maintenance & Remodel LLC
We’re hiring a reliable, well-rounded Maintenance Technician to handle residential and property maintenance projects. Work includes painting, drywall patching and repair, carpentry, demolition, minor plumbing, fixture installation, doors and trim, general repairs, punch-list work, and other construction/maintenance tasks.
We’re looking for someone who can troubleshoot problems, work independently, communicate professionally with tenants and property managers, and take pride in quality work. Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a wide variety of jobs.
