Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Administrator to support daily production operations. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience working on a production line and is comfortable using computers to enter, track, and maintain production information.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain production data in computer systems
• Track production quantities, materials, and work orders
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Assist with production schedules and daily workflow
• Communicate production updates and issues to supervisors
• Work closely with production employees and management
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on a production line is required
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
