A confidential established professional services firm in the West Valley area is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager / People Operations Manager to support a 30+ person office.
This is a discreet and confidential hiring process. The employer’s identity is not being disclosed publicly. Qualified candidates selected to advance will receive the employer’s name before any formal interview with leadership.
What this role will handle:
HR compliance and employee relations
Hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
Payroll coordination
Benefits coordination
Employee handbook and policy updates
Personnel file maintenance
Workplace documentation
Management support
California employment law compliance basics
Day-to-day HR structure for a 30+ person office
Strong candidates will have:
3+ years of HR experience
California employment law familiarity
Experience in a professional office environment
Strong judgment and confidentiality
Employee relations experience
Payroll/benefits coordination experience
Law firm or professional services experience preferred
MBA preferred but not required
SHRM/PHR certification a plus
This role is best for someone who is steady, discreet, organized, and comfortable working closely with management in a professional office environment.
Pay: Annual salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.

A confidential established professional services firm in the West Valley / Los Angeles area is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager / HR Generalist for a 30+ person office.
The role includes employee relations, HR compliance, hiring/onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits coordination, handbook/policy support, personnel files, and day-to-day HR operations.
Ideal candidate has California HR experience, strong discretion, and prior experience supporting a small-to-mid-sized office. Law firm or professional services experience preferred. MBA preferred but not required.
Pay: The industry custom/depending on experience.
Schedule: Full-time, primarily on-site.
