Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinical Director Ruby ABA seeks a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations in Cincinnati, OH. As a leader in Autism treatment, the Director will provide compassionate, evidence‑based care and drive our clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and leadership to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs). Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans to ensure high‑quality services for clients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver individualized treatment programs. Conduct regular staff training and coaching to ensure compliance with ABA standards and company protocols. Monitor and report on clinical outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed. Foster a culture of mutual respect, open communication, and continuous learning among team members. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and advancements.
