Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Department care. This is a critical role in our fast-paced Emergency Department, where you will provide essential care to a diverse patient population, including high-acuity cases such as stroke, STEMI, trauma, and critically ill patients, as well as addressing behavioral health needs.Shift Details:Shift Type: Night shifts, 3x12-hour schedule (16:30 - 05:00)Weekends Required: YesFloat Required: YesGuaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2-week periodKey Responsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.Perform emergency interventions and procedures as required.Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation purposes.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency nursing setting preferred.Must possess current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC.Experience using EPIC electronic health record system.First-timers in this specialty accepted with required experience and qualifications.Additional Information:Please note that all requested time off (RTO) must be presented during the application process, and candidates are encouraged to be flexible with holiday scheduling. Local candidates will not be accepted for this position.This position is located within a large Emergency Department that handles a range of emergencies, from low to high acuity cases, including trauma and acute care boarding.
