Indonesian Bilingual Expert for AI Training

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI language systems by evaluating Indonesian audio and delivering precise, real-world linguistic feedback. This remote contract role focuses on assessing the naturalness, fluency, cultural fit, and authenticity of AI-generated Indonesian speech. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to and review audio clips to evaluate the nativeness and fluency of AI-generated Indonesian speech.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on language accuracy, pronunciation, intonation, and authenticity.
• Validate the cultural and contextual appropriateness of language used in audio samples.
• Document observations carefully so feedback is clear and actionable for model improvement.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to discuss findings and clarify evaluation guidelines.
• Deliver consistently high-quality assessments within project timelines.
• Contribute linguistically informed suggestions to refine evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Native-level Indonesian proficiency, including a strong understanding of regional dialects and cultural nuances.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English, with at least B2 English proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, analytical approach to language evaluation.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback on language and communication style.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment and meeting project requirements on time.
• Experience in translation, localization, linguistics, content moderation, or language quality assessment is preferred but not required.
• Interest in AI-driven language technologies.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $60 to $65 per hour.
