The next stage of the business is focused on strategic diversification, leadership development, and operational scaling. This is a foundational leadership hire intended to help build and scale an in-house plumbing division. In this role, you will lead installations across restoration, remodeling, and new construction projects. The position requires independent execution, leadership ability, and a mindset geared toward growth.
