We’re looking for a Guest Experience Ambassador to join our Operations Team. Someone who will act as the first point of contact at the front desk where they will offer administrative support, provide general assistance to visitors, distribute mail/packages and assist the Office Services in associated tasks of running the office andgenerally direct traffic through our doors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Security for guests: NDA’s, badges & cell phone camera restrictions. Be the point of contact to notify employees/HR when freelancers/visitors arrive Create, administer, and manage temporary badges for employees, new hires, freelance and approved visitors Answer + transfer phone calls to the designated individuals Ensure dates are recorded for accuracy in visitor logs Manage front desk, keep reception area and other designated spaces tidy and stocked with necessary supplies Ensure monitors for computers are turned on/off at start and end of shift Oversee parking list records and tags Manage deliveries, package log & email recipients for packages Organize weekly communications to agency to include updates/. Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail; coordinates the pickup and delivery of packages and mail. Opens and closes visitor area. Performs other duties as assigned.
