Clinical duties include conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing treatment plans, and managing medications for court-committed patients presenting with complex psychiatric needs. The Clinical Director role involves 95% direct patient care, with no production standards required, allowing focus on quality care delivery in collaboration with experienced APRNs and a multidisciplinary team. Electronic documentation is utilized for patient recordkeeping throughout the assignment.
