Responsibilities Support the planning and technical portions of construction projects on-site, interacting with construction teams, clients, and management. Apply multi-tasking and communication skills to address project challenges in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with mentors and team members to deliver project goals. Qualifications Actively pursuing a 4-year degree in engineering or construction management or a relevant discipline. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and broaden knowledge base. Ability to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams. Passion for buildings and construction. Data center experience. Some roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases and performance discretionary bonuses. The base salary range for this position is $69,500.00 to $95,500.00. Within the range, pay is determined by work location and factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
