About This Role The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Nursing Float Pool provides high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Highlights Location: Manchester, CT Facility: Manchester Memorial Hospital Department/Unit: Nursing Float Pool Schedule: Part Time, Night shift What You'll Do Provide direct and indirect patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process. Coordinate patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Communicate the patient's clinical condition and respond to changes in condition or treatment. Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles to provide age-appropriate care. Promote the profession of nursing through collegial support and interactions. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Experience: Current licensure in the State of Connecticut Licenses & Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire or during introductory orientation #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
