Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the restaurant facility and equipment. They will assist with:
- Performing minor repairs on restaurant equipment, fixtures, furniture, and plumbing.
- Conducting routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Responding to maintenance requests from management and staff in a timely manner.
- Assisting with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks within skill level.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
- Replacing light bulbs, air filters, and other routine items as needed.
- Performing general tasks such as painting, patching walls, or fixing doors.
- Monitoring and reporting any safety hazards or major repair needs to the Maintenance Manager or General Manager.
- Assisting with setting up and breakdown of equipment or furniture for events or seasonal changes.
- Following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
