Key Responsibilities Build relationships and generate new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies—including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements. Deeply understand clients’ and prospects’ goals, priorities, and concerns to create personalized, comprehensive strategies. Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience in line with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. Engage the branch team to develop, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve business results. Create a highly engaging branch environment built on mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience in the securities/financial services industry. Experience in financial services and/or sales. Financial services registration, licensing, or certification. Professional and/or military career progression. Licensing Requirements Series7, Series66, and SIE registration required; SIE can be obtained without firm sponsorship. FINRA registrations must be completed within three months; state insurance licenses required. Ongoing training and continuing education to maintain licenses.
