Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Operations
  • Manage and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, corrective maintenance (CM), and critical lab calibrations.

  • Establish and drive an autonomous maintenance program to educate and empower team members on proper equipment care.

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and visual work instructions for equipment care and servicing.

  • Maintain and manage inventory for critical spare parts across all production equipment; manage site asset tagging.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute total plant shutdown activities.

• Facilities, Utilities & Safety
  • Oversee facility upkeep, including fire/safety systems, groundskeeping, and critical utilities (boilers, compressors, cooling water, heating, and refrigeration).

  • Authorize Safe Work permits for internal employees and third-party contractors.

  • Enforce site safety and security standards, ensuring strict contractor compliance.

  • Handle or oversee site cleaning and sanitization protocols.
