We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Dental Receptionist for our client in New Brunswick. Below are the job details. Apply today for immediate consideration!

Job Title:            Bilingual Spanish Receptionist
Pay Rate:          $25/hr
Hours:                Mon & Wed 7:30 am – 5 pm, Tues & Thur – 9:30 am – 6 pm, Friday 7:30 am – 1 pm
Duration:           3-6 months with possible extension
Address:            Somerset Street, New Brunswick NJ

Duties include but not limited to;

1. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, office correspondence.
2. Entering demographics in the system, basic data entry, verifying insurance.
3. Assist with medical records, scanning, faxing, copying.
4. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Spanish skills required
• Prior dental office experience required
• Axium experience preferred
• HS Diploma
• Computer proficiency
• Must be dependable and reliable

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
