Position: Senior React Developer
Location: San Leandro, CA***Onsite***
Duration: 1 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and changing situations with a focus on delivering the best customer experience.
- Proven track record of leading the delivery of large-scale, high-quality systems.
- Conduct frequent brainstorming sessions, motivate teams, and drive innovation while helping managers guide the career growth of their team members.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of making sound technical decisions and judgments.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing React.js-based applications using Redux.
- Strong proficiency with Node.js, Webpack, and other tools related to React front-end development.
- Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and development tools.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade responsive web applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing web applications using front-end technologies and related testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including daily stand-ups, Scrum ceremonies, and accountability to the software development team.
