Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a direct hire opportunity in Jackson, WI, supporting an industrial facilities and infrastructure construction environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees, managers, and leadership to support daily HR operations and strengthen the employee experience. The Human Resources Generalist will play a visible role in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HR documentation, benefits support, compliance, and HRIS data accuracy. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting, new hire coordination, onboarding, and employee communication across the organization. Administer benefits, employee leaves including FMLA, and HR programs while providing responsive internal customer service. Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, personnel documentation, and compliance-related information. Assist with employee relations matters, workplace questions, policy guidance, documentation, and issue tracking. Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR procedures. Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness initiatives. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
