RN-Registered Nurse $1,246 weekly stipends $21/hour $840 weekly base pay Onsite Contract Starts 6/29/2026 13 weeks Day Shift 10 hours/day 4 days/week Registered Nurse (RN) – GI/Endoscopy Lab Facility Location: 1000 Medical Center Boulevard Lawrenceville, GA 30046 Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Days Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Hours: 40 hours/week (4x10s) Local Candidates: Not accepted within 50 miles of the facility Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent GI Lab and/or Endoscopy nursing experience Current AHA BLS Certification (Required) Current ACLS Certification (Required) Department Overview The GI/Endoscopy Lab provides both inpatient and outpatient gastrointestinal and pulmonary diagnostic and interventional procedures. The department supports a broad range of endoscopic services and maintains 24-hour operational responsibility for patient care needs. Clinical Environment Inpatient and Outpatient Services Pulmonary Diagnostic and Interventional Procedures Fast-paced procedural care setting Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care before, during, and after GI and pulmonary procedures Assess, monitor, and educate patients throughout the procedural process Administer medications, including moderate sedation, in accordance with facility protocols Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures Monitor patient responses and intervene appropriately during procedures Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care Preferred Qualifications Experience in GI Lab, Endoscopy, or Procedural Services Knowledge of GI and pulmonary diagnostic/interventional procedures Strong critical thinking, assessment, and patient monitoring skills Experience with sedation recovery and procedural nursing workflows Note: Candidates must possess all required certifications and recent GI/Endoscopy nursing experience to be considered for this assignment We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.
