The nurse will work in a combined ICU and CCU unit. The role demands experience in managing complex patient needs in a high-acuity environment. The nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Additionally, the nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care. All employees must meet personal health requirements by the specified due dates. Certification in Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support is mandatory. The nurse should demonstrate competency in critical care skills and medication administration. Participation in orientation and training as necessary for the role is required. The nurse must comply with all safety and health policies and procedures. This role plays a crucial part in patient recovery and care management within the unit.
