If you're looking for a place to level up, you'll find it here.Position SummaryOur technicians are responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential and light commercial generator systems. Depending on your experience level, you'll focus on preventative maintenance, assisting with repairs, or independently troubleshooting complex system failures.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot generator systems (as skill level allows)Perform generator repairs, component replacements, and corrective maintenanceAccurately document service calls, repairs, and parts usedMaintain a clean, safe, and professional work environmentInterpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentationCommunicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendationsMaintain a clean, safe, and professional work environmentExperienced Generator Technician: $27.00 – 35.00 per hourWork Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, overtime as requiredRequired Qualifications2–3+ years of generator, electrical, or related field experience preferred 3+ years of generator service and repair experience strongly preferred for senior-level candidatesTechnical school or training in electrical is highly valuedAbility to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation (or willingness to learn)Generac or Kohler certification is preferredOwn basic toolsValid driver's license with insurable driving recordAbility to stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in attics and outdoor environmentsIf you're ready to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where you're empowered to grow, we'd love to hear from you!Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
