Electronics Assembler | Clearwater, FL

Pay: $18–$22/hour DOE | Day Shift | Temp-to-Hire

We're hiring an Electronics Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Clearwater, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone with assembly or manufacturing experience who wants to build a career in electronics production.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and electromechanical products using engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Install components, route wiring, and perform crimping, stripping, and basic wiring tasks.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.

• Inspect finished products for quality and report any assembly issues.

• Maintain production records and keep a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience (technical school graduates encouraged to apply).

• Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions.

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or wiring is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
