Qualifications What you'll bring Valid Nurse Practitioner license with experience in developmental disabilities or related fields. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team. Knowledge of clinical protocols and medical best practices for individuals with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral challenges. Educational And Certification Requirements Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program, with a preference for a concentration in Family Practice or Rehabilitation Nursing. Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in New York State, with certification through ANCC or AANP. Must hold valid certifications in CPR, Infection Control, and DEA. Experience Requirements At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and e-prescribing platforms.
