Capture Operation Manager

We are looking for a technically proficient individual with a strong background in architectural photography to fill the role of Capture Operation Manager. The role combines technical photography skills with an understanding of architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and effectively communicating the technical capabilities and functionalities of our architectural photographs to both internal stakeholders and external customers. You will be required to understand architectural designs, have the ability to use drones for aerial photography, have knowledge of lighting techniques for both interiors and exteriors, and possibly some level of expertise in photo editing software to enhance the final images. You will play a crucial role in driving product adoption and providing technical support to our field team. Here’s what you’ll be taking on: Lead the company’s architectural photography missions. Manage equipment inventory and become an Expert Enabler. Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams regarding the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of our architectural photography products. Support and collaborate with our capture team to resolve complex issues and ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries. Collaborate across all tiers of our organization, crafting best practices and facilitating connections that nurture Siteaware's evolution as an industry game changer. Previous experience of at least 3 years as an architectural photographer, imaging, and vision technology, FAA 107. Strong understanding of vision systems, image processing techniques, and architectural photography methodologies. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experienced in logistics inventory management to provide alignment on product specifications and logistical considerations. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Self‑motivated, driven, and always focused on “doing the right thing” for the company. Experience in drone technology- an advantage.
