Description:
Qualifications:
- Work within the defined Pharmacy OneSource Agile development methodology
- Develop testing solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to create maintainable and extensible test framework
- Implement solutions using User Acceptance Test Driven Development Principles
- Investigate problem areas within the applications and report them
- Estimate development work at both the EPIC level and story level granularity
- nalyze development requirements of moderately complex development work
- Develop solutions using design patterns to create maintainable and extensible software
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts Investigate problem areas within the applications and implement the appropriate fixes
- Mature our Agile development methodology by focusing on lean principles and taking advantage of teaching opportunities with other teammates
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other SDETs and be able to provide long term project panning
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of development experience or equivalent
- QA and Development experience must-have
- Knowledge of C#, OOP must-have
- Experience with Selenium required
- Database experience (Oracle, SQL) must have
- Will not have direct reports but must be open to mentoring junior-level testers in the team
- Experience in Healthcare or Financial sector (Security) is best
- Should display leadership qualities and great communication
