Description:

Work within the defined Pharmacy OneSource Agile development methodology
Develop testing solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to create maintainable and extensible test framework
Implement solutions using User Acceptance Test Driven Development Principles
Investigate problem areas within the applications and report them
Estimate development work at both the EPIC level and story level granularity
nalyze development requirements of moderately complex development work
Develop solutions using design patterns to create maintainable and extensible software
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts Investigate problem areas within the applications and implement the appropriate fixes
Mature our Agile development methodology by focusing on lean principles and taking advantage of teaching opportunities with other teammates
Provide leadership and mentorship to other SDETs and be able to provide long term project panning

Qualifications:

5-8 years of development experience or equivalent
QA and Development experience must-have
Knowledge of C#, OOP must-have
Experience with Selenium required
Database experience (Oracle, SQL) must have
Will not have direct reports but must be open to mentoring junior-level testers in the team
Experience in Healthcare or Financial sector (Security) is best
Should display leadership qualities and great communication
