Treasury Management Support Manager

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Manager who will assist in setting and managing team objectives, provide leadership to a team of Sales Analysts and will work with the sales leadership team to thoughtfully execute strategies on improving sales support processes to support sales revenue, risk mitigation and customer experience.In this role, you will:Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with low to moderate complexity and risk in functional areaEngage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the functionLead multiple teams of Treasury Support AssociatesPartner with Treasury Management Consulting to develop strategies around increasing productivity for support functions and recommend opportunities for process improvementMake decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of Treasury Management Support to meet business objectivesInterpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibilityCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers as well as interact directly with external customersManage allocation of people and financial resources for Treasury Management Support functional areaMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring individualsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:Management experience, including overseeing a team in a sales related organization, implementing defined business objectives and executing business development strategiesTreasury Management experienceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced deadline driven environmentAbility to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areasEffective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skillsProblem analysis and resolution skillsCustomer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders, and team membersJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa SponsorshipSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
