Overview
MRI Technologist (MRI Tech) travel assignment in Burlington, VT, United States. This position places you in a hospital setting starting 09/10/2026 for 6 contract weeks, with a weekly pay range of $3,304 to $3,527 and 0.0 guaranteed hours. Shift is 12-hour night shifts (3x12 Nights). This travel assignment requires MR specialty licensure, BLS, Philips MRI experience, and Epic proficiency, with teaching hospital exposure and prior travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations on Philips MRI systems following established protocols to obtain diagnostic-quality images.
- Position patients, apply appropriate coils, and adjust imaging sequences to optimize imaging results.
- Screen patients for MRI safety, monitor during scanning, and manage contraindications or safety concerns.
- Document imaging studies and patient data in Epic within required timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with radiologists, referring clinicians, and the care team; provide patient education as needed.
- Maintain MRI equipment safety, perform routine quality checks, and uphold safety and infection control standards; schedule flexibility includes 1-2 weekend shifts per month with no block scheduling.

Requirements
- Active license: ARRT or ARMRIT with MR advanced licensure
- Certifications: BLS required; MRI tech certification verification or equivalency
- Experience: minimum 1 year MRI experience; teaching hospital experience preferred; prior travel experience preferred
- Education: Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is required
- Additional requirements: Philips MRI system experience; reliable transportation (public transit not available)
