Service Desk Analyst: IT Support & Onboarding

The Illinois Health and Hospital Association is seeking a Service Desk Analyst responsible for supporting all end-user hardware and software. This role includes meeting service level agreements, coordinating IT training, and assisting with IT orientations for staff.
