Advanced Materials Coatings Technician

• Execute production activities across coating, blasting, masking, plating, and chamber operations in alignment with job instructions and SOPs.
• Perform visual checks throughout processing to catch defects, contamination, damage, or other out-of-spec conditions and take appropriate action or escalate.
• Safely load/unload and handle customer hardware and materials using designated tools and equipment while meeting safety and quality expectations.
• Maintain equipment and work areas—routine cleaning, basic care, and timely reporting of issues to leadership.
• Complete required production records, job routers, and quality documentation; document and escalate nonconformances using the approved process.
• Support cross-functional production needs and take on additional assignments based on business priorities.

• Alternating 2/2/3 cadence, Monday through Friday.
• 12-hour rotations, 7:30–7:30 (day and night shifts).
• Must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and, when necessary, weekends or holidays.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Ability to follow technical procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols.
• Mechanical assembly skills.
• Adaptability to changing production needs and schedules.
