About OKCARZ:

OKCARZ is a privately owned, growing buy-here pay-here dealership group with 8 locations across Florida. With nearly 200 employees across our dealerships, reconditioning facilities, and customer service center, OKCARZ has earned its reputation as Florida’s preferred automotive financing dealership.

Position Overview:

You don’t need prior automotive sales experience to succeed here — just the right attitude and commitment! We provide full training and support to help you grow in your career.

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly and welcoming approach to both customers and team members
Excellent communication skills (phone and in-person)
Strong work ethic and daily drive to succeed
Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the company
Bilingual candidates are a plus (but not required)

What We Offer:

Paid training — learn our sales process, CRM system, follow-up, and delivery procedures
5-day work week (1 weekday off)
Closed on Sundays and major holidays
Competitive base pay plus bonus and commission opportunities

Compensation:

$45,000 - $75,000 per year (Base salary + commission + bonus opportunities)

Additional Information:

Full-time position
Must be able to reliably commute to an onsite location OK Carz Longwood- Longwood, Florida (required)
