Practice Manager - Hyde Park

Practice Manager Join Banfield Pet Hospital as a Practice Manager. In partnership with the chief of staff, you will manage day‑to‑day operations so the veterinary team can focus on delivering high‑quality care. Key Responsibilities Interview, hire, and develop associates. Evaluate and improve hospital processes, progress, and productivity. Educate associates on Banfield guidelines, preventive care, and services. Manage budgeting and hospital planning. Handle daily operations, scheduling, time off, and continuing education. Collaborate with veterinary medical team, field and corporate leadership. Promote the hospital’s Optimum Wellness Plans to clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience). Minimum of three years of related experience (health care, veterinary, service industry). Direct supervisory experience, including hiring and associate development. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Problem‑solving, conflict management, and analytical abilities. Leadership and knowledge of business processes.
