Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

$81 per 50-Minute Session | Paid Bi-Weekly | In-Person (1099)
Cornelius, NC

Best Life Mental Health & Wellness is seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to join our outpatient practice in Cornelius, NC . This is an in-person, contract (1099) role for clinicians who enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults and who value clinical autonomy, predictable income, and a supportive team environment.

Compensation

• $81 per completed 50-minute session (1099)

• Equivalent to $95+ per hour

• Paid every two weeks — no waiting on insurance reimbursement

• We provide referrals, scheduling, billing, and marketing

Schedule & Flexibility

• Set your own schedule

• Typical clinician schedule: 4 days per week, 9am–5/6pm

• Office hours Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm

• No weekends required

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual therapy

• Complete intake assessments and treatment planning

• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with the care team

• Offer telehealth sessions when appropriate

  Qualifications

• Requirements

• Active LCMHC license in North Carolina

• Experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults

• Strong clinical and communication skills
