Total Air Service in Willis, TX is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor to generate leads and evaluate the HVAC needs of our residential customers. While conducting in-home comfort surveys, you ensure we meet our clients' wants and needs while still meeting the minimum budgeted sales as determined by management's plan. Using your exceptional marketing skills, you convert prospects into satisfied owners of new air conditioning and heating systems.You are punctual and professional, always arriving early to your appointments and following up with prospects promptly. Completing all tasks in a timely and accurate manner, you are responsible for financing paperwork and collecting cash payments. You enjoy working with a great team and helping our customers with their HVAC systems!QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SALES / COMFORT ADVISORValid driver's license2+ years of sales experienceFamiliarity with basic computer skills and applications such as Microsoft Office SuiteThorough understanding of accounting and financeAbility to lift 50+ lbsHVAC industry-specific experience is preferred, but not required. Can you easily build rapport? Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Can you work well with others? Are you reliable, organized, and detail-oriented?
