Responsibilities include: Capturing high-quality photography and video of boat inventory, customers, events, and dealership activities Creating and managing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platformsProducing short-form and long-form video content for digital marketing campaigns Writing compelling marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, advertisements, blogs, and website content Promoting new inventory arrivals, seasonal promotions, boat shows, and customer events Collaborating with sales and service teams to support dealership marketing initiatives Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels Assisting with event marketing and community engagement activities Monitoring social media engagement and helping strengthen customer relationships online Managing co-op marketing submissions, invoices, and reimbursement documentation with manufacturer partners Requirements What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and excited to tell stories through photography, video, and digital media. Qualifications: Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns Strong photography and video production/editing skills Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative platforms Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated and able to work independently Valid driver's license required Bonus Points For Drone photography or videography experience Graphic design skills Knowledge of digital advertising and SEO Experience in marine, recreational vehicle, powersports, or dealership marketing Passion for boating, outdoor recreation, or waterfront lifestyles About Irwin Marine Since 1919, Irwin Marine has been helping families create unforgettable memories on the water.
